What is the Clean 9 Program?
Clean 9 (C9) is a 9-day body-shaping program by Forever Living, designed to cleanse the body, provide it with essential nutrients, and lay the foundation for sustainable weight management. It combines aloe vera drinks, protein-rich shakes, and nutritional supplements into a structured daily plan.
What does the Clean 9 Program include?
- Forever Aloe Vera Drink – 2 x 1 liter – Choose from four flavors: Aloe Vera Gel, Aloe Berry Nectar, Aloe Mango, or Aloe Peaches. IASC certified, sugar-free, no preservatives.
- Forever Lite Ultra Shake Mix (Vanilla or Chocolate) – Protein-rich meal replacement with only 95 kcal per serving.
- Forever Garcinia Plus – with chromium for normal regulation of blood sugar levels.
- Forever Fiber – 5 g of fiber per sachet.
- Forever Therm – B vitamins and caffeine.
How does the Clean 9 Program work?
Phase 1 – Fasting phase (Days 1–2): The first two days are dedicated to fasting to relieve the body and prepare it for the subsequent steps. Those who have completed the DX4 program previously will skip this phase and start directly with calorie reduction.
Phase 2 – Calorie reduction & nutrient-rich diet (Days 3–9): From day 3, calorie intake is reduced to 1,000 kcal/day for women and 1,200 kcal/day for men. Approximately 600 kcal come from a healthy, balanced meal – the remaining calories are covered by the protein shake.
Exercise (Days 1–9): 30 minutes of light to moderate exercise daily (walking, yoga, light training) accompanies the entire program and enhances its positive effects.
